About us

Mental Health Therapy Professionals in Los Angeles

In a nutshell, we treat people, not symptoms.

The team at Get Well Behavioral Health is dedicated to helping people overcome mental health challenges and achieve their personal growth goals. You will find our approach is different from most conventional, institutional-style mental health programs in California.

We believe that highly individualized treatment plans are the most effective tool for people with depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders. While many people may share a similar diagnosis, each individual has a unique set of experiences that shape their perspective.

There are no “one size fits all” solutions in mental health treatment. This is why Get Well Behavioral Health was designed to be a more personal and exclusive program from the onset. Our focus is on getting to know every client on a deeper level to gain meaningful insights that inform the care we provide.

Our Mission

At Get Well Behavioral Health, our mission is to provide clinically sophisticated and compassionate mental health care that is tailored specifically for the “worried well” population. This includes everyday people who are currently experiencing the undesirable effects of stress on their quality of life. We are a primary mental health outpatient program for high functioning individuals who are struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and traumatic stress.

At Get Well we support and empower individuals to navigate personal and professional challenges with resilience and clarity. We provide trauma-focused, evidence-based clinical programming in a tranquil space designed to encourage healing and growth. Our commitment is to create holistic, tailored and concierge approaches to treatment where individuals can effectively address their unique mental health needs, cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and thrive in a supportive community.

At Get Well Behavioral Health, our vision is to further de-stigmatize individuals who are courageously seeking help for mental health challenges. Just as someone might go to the dentist for their teeth and the gym for their body, they can now come to Get Well for their mind.
